PRESTIGIOUS VILLA

Villa Sardinia 11 is one of the most exclusive private properties in Puntaldia near San Teodoro on the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. The villa offers some of the most stunning views on the beaches of Lu Impostu and La Cinta. The large, private estate with manicured garden with Mediterranean vegetation. In the garden, there is a tennis court, a helipad, private parking, 3 swimming pools (one for children, one with seawater with upstream swimming and one in the gym). 3 jacuzzi, gym and a SPA-center with a hammam for 10 people, chromotherapy, tropical waterfall and Scottish shower, massage room.
