Villa Saint Lucia 22 is located just a short distance from Marigot Bay and its colourful yachts. The quaint little village boasts many great restaurants, a shopping centre and a boardwalk marina. The home is also approximately a 30 minutes drive to Castries city. Villa Saint Lucia 22 is a gorgeous main house surrounded by three cottages set amidst 3 acres of lush landscaped gardens. The villa has access to a small, secluded cove and quiet Trou Rolland beach.
