The Hotel

Hotel Palazzo Stern is a Moorish Palazzo from the 14th Century facing the Grand Canal and was previously property of an art collector named Ernesta Stern who enhanced it by works of art and after its restoration has been decorated with beautiful sculptures, paintings, mosaics. It is situated just beside Ca’ Rezzonico and in front of Palazzo Grassi. The large terrace on the ground floor is perfect for breakfast in the morning and for any event such as anniversaries, weddings, and gala dinners. This hotel is a very unique place for guests who would like to stay very close to Saint Mark’s Square but at the same time want to have an authentic experience, in a Venetian area far from the crowd. Hotel Palazzo Stern is also very easy to reach as there is a private landing for boats and the vaporetto stop is just beside the hotels entrance.

Location

Palazzo Stern is located in the heart of the city only a few steps from Saint Mark's Square and the Accademia. The Hotel overlooks the Grand Canal and is close to public transportation with a private landing for taxis and boats.
