Villa Sardinia 12 is a premium villa with modern design and sophisticated style, located in the heart of the Costa Smeralda coast, offering stunning panoramic views of Pevero Bay and Cala di Volpe. Built in 2017 with the most modern technologies. The property consists of two buildings: the 10,700 sq. ft. main villa and the 5,300 sq.ft. guest house connected by underground corridor-tunnel. Surrounded by a manicured garden with a two-level infinity pool. The gazebo with 360-degree panoramic views is a romantic place to enjoy sunsets.
