The Villa/Residence

GREAT LOCATED LARGE HOME

This 7,250 sq. ft. villa has an unsurpassed view of the entire Bay of Banderas and downtown. It is also conveniently located just a few blocks (7-minute walk) from the Malecon and all that downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer. It is also within walking distance from the nearest beach, Plaza Olas Altas (15 minutes). Upon entry, guests will travel up a hillside funicular to this incredible home that offers location, views, privacy and all the amenities of a 6-bedroom home. The décor is very modern and all the bedrooms were renovated in 2022. Each bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and eye-catching design. Children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted.
