HISTORICAL CHATEAU

Villa Normandy 01, in the Cotentin, the famous area of Normandy with 5 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one with disabled access. There is also a tennis court and a lift. Home is built in 1893, on 4 levels and set on 6 hectares of land enjoying a view of the ancient willow tree and the country landscape. Includes romantic English style garden, with a small elegant lake and broad lawns. Guests can also follow the tracks for great hiking or go for a swim at the nearby beaches.
