MODERN EUROPEAN LUXURY

The 6 bedroom, 7,000 sq. ft. Villa Turks & Caicos 43 is on one of the best beaches in the world. It includes a movie room with huge flat screen TV. The villa blends uber-contemporary luxury with a warmth rarely seen in modern architecture. Native stonework, locally milled woodwork and cabinetry, custom ceramics, marble elements, and unique wallpaper finishes create the perfect balance between contemporary and comfort. Beautiful water features act in harmony with the tradewinds to cool the space while the inside blends seam­lessly with the oceanfront surroundings. Outdoor lounging is enhanced by a native landscape palate, sunken fireside seating, a hot tub and deck fringed with palm trees, in-pool loungers, and beachside deck with ham­mocks. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided, along with pool floats, snorkeling equipment and bicycles.
