The Villa/Residence

EMBRACE ISLAND LIVING

One of North Shore’s best villas, is tucked on an exquisite, gated ten-acre beachfront enclave, with amazing views. Villa Turks & Caicos 26 is surrounded by lush vegetation for privacy and picture-perfect setting. Open Caribbean living concept, the villa blends the indoor and outdoor spaces with wide glass doors and multiple terraces. It is nestled on a cliff with up to 40 ft of elevation, with 100 ft of beachfront. Private beach is accessible by a staircase carved into the limestone. The beach area is made even more special with a secluded wood deck, shaded by natural vegetation, and featuring a summer kitchen and fire pit.
