The Villa/Residence

CLEAN LINES AND EXQUISITE COLORS

Facing the Aegean Sea and bathed in light, Villa Paros 07, in Makria Miti area, a small cape on the Southern coastline of Paros, is a modern villa. A great example of clean lines and cubic shapes that breathe in harmony between the principles of minimalist design and the traditional Cycladic Architecture with respect to the natural environment and scenery. Other than the pure white color which is used as a dominant element of the villa, concrete also defines the minimalist way of the design. Inside and out, Villa Paros 07 relies upon handmade stonework, natural wood, iron elements, in order to achieve the feeling of continuity. In consequence of the design and the materials selected, there is little distinction between the indoors and outdoors, giving a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere of a house situated near the seashore.
