ENCHANTING STONE VILLA IN THE HILLS OF BOLOGNA.

This original stone residence, spanning two floors, is nestled in the serene green hills of Bologna, surrounded by centuries-old oaks. The property features four elegant bedrooms with traditional wooden and terracotta ceilings, thick stone walls for quietude, and a warm, welcoming ambiance. Two bedrooms offer private living areas, and one includes a beautifully furnished terrace with views of the woods and the adjacent ancient village. On the ground floor, a spacious living area with two kitchens provides ample space for social gatherings. The classic furnishings, crafted by Italian artisans, complement unique Italian antiques, including wrought iron and gilded headboards, chests, benches, and decorative items. The residence boasts a large southwest-facing arbour that enhances outdoor living year-round. During summer, a sizable solarium adjacent to the orchard features a small heated circular Hot tub with hydro jets and atmospheric lighting. Guests can enjoy the utmost privacy and comfort, including a reserved parking area within the courtyard. The enchanting garden of fragrances and surrounding greenery offers a serene setting, with views of notable historical sites.
