Located directly on the beach, Villa Anguilla 03 is the perfect spot for active families. With the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and a “toes in the sand” location, this is true beach living. At the end of an active day guests can relax on the terrace to watch a movie outdoors. Includes indoor entertainment covered as well with a shuffleboard table, cards table, huge eat in kitchen, long table dining for family dinners, and lots of comfy seating for reading or watching movies on the 65” TV. The home is very well appointed, with 4 king size bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, large comfortable seating inside and out, and the great room concept conducive to making lasting family memories! The newly added fourth bedroom is a unique accommodation, in that it has a separate entrance and its own living space, while providing unrivaled views and proximity to the ocean.
