The Hotel

Housed in a historic building with original features such as frescoes and a 13th-century tower, the 5-star NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa hotel is considered the oldest hotel in Italy and one of a kind. The hotel is in a unique position, in the historic heart of Florence and just a few steps away from its treasures and artistic beauties. His unique style, a perfect mix of ancient and modern, was awarded with the 2010 European Design Awards. From the hotel, you can explore the nearby Piazza della Signoria. The hotel has 70 rooms, furnished in an elegant and minimal style obtained from the fusion of ivory-coloured furniture with natural wood tones and warm colors, you will find a magical atmosphere. Frescoes with floral motifs and large medallions depicting famous Florentines adorn the walls and ceilings, while pieces restored in the late 19th century help to create the historic atmosphere.
