The Relax Pool, the first and unique outdoor heated swimming pool in the area, ideal for a moment of fresh wellness in summer and warm pleasure in winter thanks to its 27 degrees of temperature. The gym and the small Spa with sauna, Turkish bath and emotional showers are always available to our guests. The hotel offers a comfortable outdoor parking and an indoor garage on two levels. A bicycle garage is also available

Modica Boutique Hotel is located in the heart of the commercial area of Modica, five minutes by car from the historic center and fifteen minutes from the sea (Marina di Modica), in a central and strategic position in relation to the major points of interest of the Val di Noto (Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Noto, Marzamemi).
