A MAGNIFICENT MEMORABLE SETTING

Villa Perthshire 02 has 4 acres of beautiful grounds surrounded by lawns leading to Loch Tay; a magnificent dark stretch of water and largest loch in Perthshire and one of the deepest in Scotland. Guests will love the large stone built ‘Snug’ with a beautiful open fire, perfect in which to relax over a dram. The Library also hosts an open fire and is ideal to read a book or play one of the selection of board games. There are woodlands to the west of the house and a tumbling burn cascades through the trees, crisscrossed by bridges linking the paths that meander through the mature trees. Hidden in the woods there are three fire pits ranging from magnificent to intimate.
