Villa Turks & Caicos 53 is discretely located directly on the silky-fine sands of one of the world’s best beaches — Grace Bay Beach. It is a stunning villa that marries the essence of the Caribbean with extreme luxury. Villa Turks & Caicos 53 is 12,000 sq. ft. of unpretentious splendor and sophistication and is an architectural masterpiece. It is influenced by the work of the legendary theatrical designer, Oliver Messel, who recalls the 18th century tradition of island plantation estates. Features include 7 unique bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is an outdoor barbecue area as well as a large heated pool. The expansion of the terrace offers a new relaxed seating area which includes a fire pit and shaded pergola for al fresco dining.
