The Villa/Residence

AMIDST OLIVE TREES AND VINEYARDS

Located in the Tuscan hills 10 minutes west of Lucca, this beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse is on 40 acres of olive trees and vineyards. From here one can enjoy the Lucca, the beach resort of Forte dei Marmi or spend a day in Florence. Views in all directions are of rolling, wooded hills and on a clear day one can see the Leaning Tower in Pisa. The 7,000 sq. ft. home has 5 large bedrooms, and four fireplaces. There is outdoor dining under the pergola and a covered outdoor living area including walled gardens, a 60 foot long mosaic pool, and an outdoor pizza oven.
