Villa Turks & Caicos 06 is located on the most pristine section of Grace Bay Beach in the luxurious residential community of Leeward. It is everything one would imagine a beach house to be. This newly refurbished, spacious two-bedroom beachfront property is truly unique. Original Caribbean design, high vaulted ceilings, open plan living space and an expansive, screened-in, wraparound deck are but a few of this charming-but-modern villa’s many enticing features. Plentiful indoor and outdoor seating options, a private pool and an outdoor barbeque are perfect for romantic nights under the stars or family get-togethers. There are also paddleboards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment for the watersport enthusiast.
