Villa Saint Lucia 20 sits amid the rolling hills of the exclusive community of Cap Estate and is the ideal villa retreat for a family or group. With multiple communal areas and private retreat niches, an incredible 25 ft swimming pool, and a dedicated mini basketball court. There’s something for everyone at this villa where indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly combine with the bonus feature of breezy alfresco dining and sitting area off the main floor rooms. In addition to the first story patio, there is a large pool deck and gazebo, which overlook the family-sized swimming pool and lovely garden oasis.
