LUXURIOUS FINCA

Recently remodelled by an award winning interior designer, nothing has been spared to create the warm luxurious atmosphere at Villa Ibiza 12. Located just a few minutes from San Juan, in a very private setting, this 300 year old authentic finca has been restored so that the stone walls and the original wooden ceilings create an eclectic mix with both modern and traditional features. The living areas are open-plan by design and include a wonderful bright dining area, snug area, modern fully equipped kitchen, and lounge area. By the pool, you will find shaded areas created by various types of trees and several sun terraces for soaking up the rays.

1ST Bedroom – 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom

2ND Bedroom – 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom

3RD Bedroom – 1 double bed, shared ensuite bathroom (connects to bedroom 4)

4TH Bedroom – 2 twin beds, shared ensuite bathroom (connects to bedroom 3)

5TH Bedroom – 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom
