DAZZLING SPANISH STYLE ESTATE

Located in the heart of The Movie Colony, Villa Palm Springs 07 is a five bedroom estate completed in 1934. Since then, famous owners have called Villa Palm Springs 07 home, including the family noted for building the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and Spanish born Tennis Coach and Professional, Jose Higueras. The villa offers a tennis court and in-ground pool, which features a poolside cabana with a refrigerator and icemaker. Set to the southeast and tucked into a small grotto, a custom in-ground tile spa provides exceptional views to the west and mountains beyond.
