Villa Lake Como 13 is located just minutes from Como. A patrician manor that combines regal and elegant interiors with white-glove service for a grand vacation experience. All bedrooms and living areas boast a careful selection of fine furniture and heirloom antiques. Maximum privacy is guaranteed at all times thanks to the 7-acre manicured park with its mature trees surrounding the property and to the gated access road leading to an ample underground private garage. The private panoramic rectangular swimming pool and lounging area furnished with chaise longues enjoy a privileged spot on the estate and are ideal for taking in the lake’s fantastic scenery and sunsets.
