Villa Adriatic Coast 01 has 1,600 sq. ft. main living area with 320 sq.ft. private terrace, a private outdoor swimming pool and a private parking lot. Two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, separate living room, dining room with a dining table for six, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace with a dining table for six, four sun beds, two umbrellas, AC / heating, soundproof floor to ceiling windows, luxurious Italian furniture and decorative pieces, executive desk, guest toilet, safe deposit box. Complex has three separate villas of same design and size which can be rented together for larger families.
