The Hotel

Pieve Aldina is the perfect place to unwind, located on the Chiantigiana—the wine route between Florence and Siena—in the heart of vineyards and olive groves. Isolated and surrounded by nature, the swimming pool overlooks the Chianti countryside, while reading decks set among olive trees invite guests to disconnect completely. Italian gastronomy takes center stage, from a traditional enoteca to a bistro or large tables set in wheat fields. Chef Niccolò Pini’s cuisine is rooted in Tuscany’s humble, flavorful traditions.
