Constructed in 2006 following the eco-conscious principles of bio-architecture, it stands as a rare gem in the Alpine landscape. The chalet is thoughtfully designed, featuring thermal and acoustic insulation and powered by geothermal energy, all geared towards reducing carbon emissions and minimizing toxic waste. Locally sourced natural materials such as wood, wool, lime, and stone adorn its plasters, coverings, and floors, imparting that warm, timeless charm that’s typical to mountain residences. The electrical system emits no magnetic fields, and rooms are heated from the floor panels, reducing airborne dust and allergens, aligning with their mission of sustainable development and providing maximum comfort while respecting the environment. This chalet is a labour of love, proudly owned and managed by the Schiavon family, deeply rooted in the region since the ’70s. Their warm, personalized hospitality awaits all guests, making your stay a truly memorable one.
