The Hotel

The luxury Brunelleschi Hotel is located inside the oldest building in town, the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower and astounds guests with its private museum, where architectural remains of original Roman baths are housed. The Brunelleschi Hotel has been renovated by architect Piera Benelli with contemporary furnishings and all the modern facilities, which create a beautiful union with the already existing history of the property. Its last complete renovation was in 2020. The hotel has been created to offer guests the perfect stay, with the highest standards of comfort and impeccable service. On the first floor of the renowned Pagliazza Tower, the 2-Michelin Star Santa Elisabetta Restaurant is the Florentine fine dining temple. It holds just 7 tables and possesses a magical charming atmosphere where one can enjoy the new fantastic menus designed by the famed chef, Rocco De Santis. Facing the characteristic private square in front of the Hotel, Osteria Pagliazza restaurant will be able to take you through the delicacies of traditional cuisine, carefully and expertly reworked and renewed thanks to the extraordinary skills of the chef.
