The Hotel

Blachford Lodge, nestled in the rugged wilderness of Northern Canada, offers a luxurious escape in a pristine, remote environment ideal for watching the Northern Lights. Located on Chief Drygeese territory, the lodge is a half-hour bush-plane flight from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Guests can enjoy a cedar wood sauna, an all-season outdoor hot tub, a tipi, and an Aurora viewing room. With crystal-clear skies and no light pollution, the subarctic setting is perfect for witnessing the northern lights in all their glory. The on-site chef prepares meals with fresh, seasonal ingredients, including produce from the lodge’s organic greenhouse. Blachford Lodge promises an unforgettable experience in the serene Canadian north, where guests can relax and immerse themselves in one of nature’s most spectacular light shows.
