The Hotel

Rancho de la Osa, Arizona’s most historic ranch, offers a rich blend of history and Southwestern culture. Located in Sasabe, a 1.5-hour drive from Tucson, this unique destination provides stunning views of the Sonoran Desert and Baboquivari Peak. Guests can explore Native American ruins and the nearby Buenos Aires Wildlife Refuge or ride trails once travelled by U.S. Presidents and movie stars. The ranch features 19 guest accommodations, including rooms in the historic Hacienda. After a day of adventure, unwind in the Cantina, Arizona’s oldest continually occupied building, or enjoy a meal highlighting Southwest cuisine. Amenities include a swimming pool, croquet court, and guided activities such as horseback riding, UTV tours, hiking, sport shooting, and archery. With its storied past dating back to an 1812 Spanish land grant and rich array of artifacts, Rancho de la Osa provides an unforgettable guest experience steeped in history and hospitality.
