The Hotel

Nestled in the heart of Sicily, just a stone’s throw from the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, the Doric Boutique Hotel Resort & Spa offers a unique blend of luxury and authenticity. This eco-friendly haven invites you to experience the true essence of Sicily, with a touch of elegance. Particular mention should be made of the 5 Villa suites with a view of the temple and a private pool and the Villa suite with Jacuzzi. The hotel also has 10 Superior rooms with a private pool and 7 Junior suites with a panoramic bath tub. The property is equipped with all modern comforts including an outdoor pool with a swim-up bar overlooking Temples, a gym, a panoramic SPA and a panoramic restaurant, the Ambrosia, where the chef uses only products coming from local sources and the Hotel’s garden. Doric is eco-friendly: the resort uses photovoltaic and thermal energy and gives water a new life through a phytodepuration system.
