Eremo della Giubiliana boasts an ancient tradition of hospitality. Prestigious halls, rooms with precious antique furniture tailored for an atmosphere wrapped in elegance and refinement. The hotel offers an exceptional gastronomical experience, which can be enjoyed either in the dining room “Don Eusebio” or in the outside “Baglio”. The central part of the fortified Eremo was restored keeping as it was in the past, also in its original materials, its ancient pitch stone and limestone flooring and its furnishings. The rooms have been converted from the friars’ cells, and have all the modern comforts, furnished with old Sicilian furniture and original household goods which make them quite different from the usual hotel rooms.
