The Villa/Residence

PERFECT HOME TO ENJOY PARIS

Paris Residence 05 is situated in the 5th arrondissement. This wonderful family home with its garden and heated swimming pool is ideal for families wanting to discover Paris on foot. On the Left Bank, in a quiet area the house is located nearby many small restaurants, shopping streets and walking distance to Notre Dame, Jardins du Luxembourg and the Louvre. The 3500 sq. ft. house comes with an enclosed courtyard/garden with BBQ, alfresco dining and outside lounge seating area. As you stroll through the district you will also come across the Sorbonne and the shopping streets Rue Mouffetard and Rue Monge.

1ST Bedroom – 1 queen bed, ensuite bathroom

SECOND FLOOR:

2ND Bedroom – 1 double bed, shared bathroom

3RD Bedroom – 1 double bed (mezzanine), shared bathroom

4TH Bedroom – 1 double bed (mezzanine), shared bathroom

5TH Bedroom – 1 single bed with trundle bed, shared bathroom
