Villa Umbria 12 is a gorgeous property consisting of 3 buildings surrounded by forest, olive and fruit trees, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape including the ancient town of Todi. With an indoor lap pool, jacuzzi and an outdoor pool, the home features marvelous panorama which drops off into an expanse of an 150 olive trees orchard. The colorful garden punctuated with large boulders that turn pink at sunset, is perfumed through the seasons from broom brush, hawthorn, and roses in the spring to fruit trees, lavender, rosemary and sage in the summer to bright reds and oranges of the oaks in the autumn finishing with the bright green moss and dew covered chopped wood in the winter.
