Villa Puglia 13 is a contemporary gem built on the Ionian coast of Puglia, a few feet to a sandy beach. This seafront home is close to historical and archeological sites, as well as vineyards. The villa consists of two houses surrounded by a 5000 sq. m. terraced garden with a private tennis court and a swimming pool. Right next to the living area we have the big infinity pool that boasts an incredible sea view and of the Ionian coast. Unbelievable gardens abound for relaxation and strolling amongst rare plants and flowers.
