LARGE ONE-OF-A-KIND VILLA

Villa Jamaica 48 is situated on a commanding elevated location with magnificent ocean views and a backdrop of forested hills. The large circular courtyard entrance to the villa is backed by a spectacular garden with a lovely water feature that cascades down. The main balcony easily accommodates 50 people for a cocktail party and is the natural lounging, entertaining and dining spot – a grand piano adds panache to cocktail hour. The villa also has a well-equipped business office and a dedicated children’s playground, a basketball court and a pool table.
