The beautiful oceanfront Villa Dominican Republic 40 is a sophisticated and luxurious home. Designed to combine outdoor living with nature and to fully encompass the ocean view into every aspect of the property, with every detail carefully selected and quality crafted. The villa boasts 13,000 sq. ft. of living space, incuding magnificent bedrooms with views and a 60 ft infinity pool, and so many more features and amenities.
